my grandparents using airtel.they have no idea about how to activate service etc.but on a continuous basis airtel activate services at their own and start deducting balance for no reason.around rs 1000 they have deducted.so i want refund of that balance.i also want they never repeat this mistake in future.. My dad have lost the card of airtel as his mobile is stolen so i request you to bolck the number but as i talked in customer care their system is not working today & they all are asking you need to wait for this till the system will not work (may be hurs) so please provide the other option for the same……
