I was emplyoee of flamingo Pharmaceuticals Ltd,7/1,corporate park,sion-trombay road,Chembur-400071.I resigned in the month of april09 and sent P F Withdrawl form to the company for attestation as i was not having PF No.when contacted company people said that they have sent the form to concerned Deptt and now they are not giving any response.My Emp.
