the customer care of airtel is so pathetic,
they are the least bothered about the greviences of the customers.
i am having problems, to send my messages.
i called up in customer care, at 1st the lady cut the call after 1-2 mins, then 2 more persons were told to do sum useless settings and were in a hurry to wrap up the call.
