deduction of subscription charges
I would like to deactivate the gclub subscription. Earlier it was deducting on monthly bais (Rs. 15/mth) now it is deducting fortnightly. I am facing this problem since Jun-09. I was tried so many time to customer care, but didn’t got solution.

This is nikhilesh narkar. my mobile number is 9987294933.according to the plan of the sim my sms charge should charged 15paisa/sms bt from last 2 months they charged me 1rs./sms .
The main fact is that we cant able to contact with customer care from ‘ratnagiri’ distict.
