I the undersigned Lalita Raju Patil first take the Agency of SBI Life Insurance but i did not like the job so I resign from the SBI Life Ins. Co. Service. I got SBI termination letter on 5/10/2009 & agency terminated on 17/9/2009 then I wish to like to take Agency from LIC. I complete all the formalities to take the LIC Agency.
