I have received an sms on 14/08/2010 from BSNL regrading special recharge coupon of Rs. 110/- and you will get the one year validity and Rs. 100/- talk value. I made a recharge on 14/08/2010 at 08:35 PM and ref. no. was 279992335 and I got only Rs. 74.99/- talk value and no validity period. Kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem.
