Do Not Disturb Services
My Airtel no. is 9903076832 and I’ve activated Donot Disturb Service on 05/06/2009 (Reference no. S1011908955), but i got advertisement of my mobile. I’ve complaint several times to the customer care and even with the Airtel website, but it seens to be helpless.
This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Airtel has stopped my mobile service on Friday 7Aug 09. When asked to Customer Care, reason was “Document not submitted”.
I was a Aitrtel customer from Last 4 years. 9 Months before I have switched from prepaid to Postpaid service (my biggest mistake). That time also I had submitted the document again.
