we had lodge the complaint in your office about our two land line ( 276483,279377 ) & braod band were not working since last two months ( Wtittan apllication given in your office and contacted on mobile no 94111 00023 to Mr. Prem Singh J.E. but notheing could be materilised till today.

i had complaint in the bsnl customer care on 22 aug 2010
about a problem regarding not connecting my call to a UP bsnl number ie,07376131766.
sir i am not able to call above number from my bsnl number ie,09530177366.
i had repeatedly called bsnl customer care but they only reply…that it is in que.

unable to use internet while roaming

I am unable to access internet in karnataka. I have a sim of jharkhand with internet plans active but in karnataka i am unable to access it. I get a message as “packet data not available”/”link not available”?”packet data access point unavaialble”. I think the problem is that the network here is not able to recognise my phone. My mobile no. is 8986891682
(BSNL prepaid).
