It is requested that I had a mobile phone no.9411100328 which was connected on 7th Aug 2009 with GPRS facility but internet service was provided on19th sept. 2009. This service was quite unsatisfactory, so, on 11th sept.2009 I requested to disconnect this connection permanently. My mobile no.9411100328 was disconnected on 17th sep.2009.
I have bought Prepaid card on 20th Oct, 2009. But till date the same is not activated. The mobile no. is 9429803778.
Please do the needful.
If you are not able to solve the complaint, then I should approach to TRAI or Consumer forum.

Dear Sir,
My BSNL Landline phone (079-23230252) is dead since last 10 days. Complaint is made on Auto System (3-4 times) which take the complaint only one time, gives the complaint number and thats all.
This is third time happening with me.

I have landline BSNL connection -27073363-OU Exchange.
I registered a complaint with BSNL that my telephone was dead nearly three months ago. I personally contacted OU Exchange and BSNL office at Tarnaka.
Though telephone staff come occassionally to check the service is not restored.
I am getting bill for a service not rendered.

Based on SMS advertisement from BSNL care dt. 24.10.09 (Diwali offer) Rs.- 200 talk time was offered on top voucher of rs. 149/- on e-recharge upto 30.10.09.
I had done e recharge on 26.10.09 by ICICI bank for BSNL mobile no. 9423371805 but yet I have not received any talk time from BSNL on top up voucher of Rs.-149/-.
