1.Unlawfully witheld an amt of Rs 15162-/ from my total due amt of Rs 60645-/ for reasons whatsoever known to them only and remitted the balance amount of Rs 45483-/ .
I had selected car from Sapphire motors vadodara,akota area. I had paid token amoutn of Rs.5000 against the total cost of Rs.85000. The vendor has given guaranty to return back the car if it has problem. As it was having major problem & i had given three times for repairing. Then he accepted that there is a major problem so i had given returned the car. he also accepted the same. Continue reading
