Airtel 3G Usage data

Dear Airtel team,
I Purchased new airtel 3G connection, wanted to know how to check the usage data, I talked to every customer care, either they tell me call to some other no, there was no response from any of the CC executive, one of the executive told they will back in hour, the call never came up.

I have taken Prepaid 3G Sim 20/12/11, they have given the Sim & confirmed it is 3G. But after activation when i asked for 3G internet connection they this SIM is already came with Free 200mb 2G GPRS connectivity & you should visit us again after 1 week to get the 3G internet activation.
