Deduct prepair amount

Dear Sir,
I am Air Tel user last four year prepaid customer but that time no problem but since last two months every day deduct some amount from my prepaid balance account I was surprise because I am not activate any plan. Today I talk to customer care and they said I am activating some online Tamil movies plan I don’t know this language then how I can activate the plan.

Vodafone Billing Problem

Hello,

My number 9833119782 with relationship id 8.11471395.00.00.101836 been active on Vodafone live since 2008 has been suddenly charged with Vodafone offer of “Song download” for Rs. 145/- without my knowledge.
Also subscription to the said service was never done by myself and never heard about it either till got billed for it in last month.

Airtel charging bill even though its employee has sent us a waiver

We have received a waiver note from the airtel manager in Surat named Mr. Gaurav Sahni for our Account number 14979848.
The mail is copied below. Hence our airtel bill should be cleared of all dues but the Airtel authorities due to their miscommunication and inefficiency is not helping us in this. I have emailed them at wecare.west@airtel.in 15 times but no help.
