cumulative bonus on claim

new india assurance co has changed there terms will renewing health insurance policy.
they have altered the terms on cumulative bonus i.e on a claim made during the policy term, on renewal no claim bonus will be reduced to zero, similar to motor policy.
The co has not made any attempt to bring this change to the notice of policy holders.
