Non refund of cancelled order/product

I purchased on: 20-Nov-2011 (Expected Delivery date: 30-Nov-2011, Order no:3000001821)
I called on 1-Dec-2011, they have no info, even status is “to be shipped”
I canceled order, they inform, it will processed within 2-3 working days.
But still I did not get my refund.
I called on 7 & 19th Dec’11 both time the inform to wait 24-48 working hours.

delivery of damaged product from EBAY

I have ordered a weighing machine from EBAY, and for 4 days it showed payment in process, untill i talked to customer care they did not process the payment.
I got the product delivered within the given time, but it was not working.
and it is a long process to get refund or exchange from the seller at EBAY.

This is the reason why people do not believe in online shopping in India.
