Dear Sir,
several times we complaint about the land line, the technician will come and fix it next 3rd day again the problem will raise.
i cannot under stand why the technicians cannot rectified the problem properly?
once the wind comes again this will be disconnected. i have to pay the rent and i can’t use this equipment then what is the use for to keep this kind of gadgets.

Phone Dead Since last one month
Dear Sir
I would like to give you a feedback about your services to client that my Phone No.-0120-2607713 is dead since last one month & I have requested many times to JE, SDO-Indriapuram Exchange, but no action has been taken till now & daily i listen that line is there to repair the phone . Your computerised complained Ph. also doesn’t work so cannot tell you complain no also.
Complaint Against BSNL, Jodhpur
I have landline phone of BSNL, Phone No -0291-2646867. throught this phone i m not able to make outgoing calls. i had registered so many complaint in BSNL office. but they r not responding to my complaint.
On 09/05/09 Mr. Shyam Lal called me on my landline phone and misbehaving with me on phone and he said that he have no fear of Conumer Forum or any complaint to BSNL Officers.
