I have paid a sum of Rs.3087.40 vide cheque favoring to M/s. IFB Industries Ltd towards TWO YEARS AMC charges on 28.07.2010 and the cheque was presented by IFB Industries Ltd and debited the amount through my Bank Account. IFB Industries Ltd have not forwarded the AMC Agreement so far even after my repeated written requests. Continue reading →

POOR SERVICE OF WASHING MACHINE AND HARASSMENT BY IFB

THE WASHING MACHINE IS UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY. SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS, THE MACHINE HAS DEVELOPED A NUMBER OF PROBLEMS AND HAS BEEN OUT OF ACTION FOR MOST OF THE TIMES. THE IFB SERVICE PERSONNEL DO NOT COME AND REPAIR IT IN TIME AND PROPERLY. THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED TO STAND BY THE COMMITMENT OF REPAIRS. Continue reading →
