On 24 Dec mornig when I asked the customer service executive whether the cake will be delivered on time then she told that it will be delivered by 3 or 4 pm. I ordered one oven tandoor from Starcj Alive on 12-Nov-2011 (order number 2011-11-12-023345) with card payment of Rs 3400. As per their website and customer care they shipped my order on 19th Nov through courier Gati.
But Gati is saying that never recieved any courier for me.
I didn’t get the product till 29th november and after many calls to customer care they cancelled my order.

I placed order for a product from Ava Merchandising on 3rd June 2010 which was to be delivered in 21 days. Till date no product has been delivered and when I call them, their sales executives tell lies that the product is with DTDC Courier company for delievery since 6th August.
