poor service Barclay Bank leading to mental harrassment
I had opted to redeem my accumulated barclay bank points on 17th Nov’09 and besides my 8 to 9 reminders and complaints the bank is not providing me the redempted vouchers. I made compaints via email and by calling them but each time they tell me that it will be dispatched within 3 to 4 days and that I should wait. Continue reading
