on 21st of march 2010 i got an message “that i will be charged Rs.30 as my caller tune is activated. I never raised any request regarding caller tune.
on 24th 30 Rs. got deducted from my balance.

I had recharged my Balance (Mob No.9755105495) with the Rs.50 SMS Unlimited pack on 25.03.2010.
I also started getting the free SMSes straightaway.
But suddenly in the evening,AIRTEL started deducting my Main Account Balance.
Upon calling at the cust care (198), they told that they had some problem in their server & the problem will be rectified by 26.03.2010.

On contacting Airtel Gallery Customer Service at Mira Road, I was told that my number 9867172676 has also been allotted to one Mr.Jaiswal of Antop Hill, Mumbai. After re-applying for the same number once again and after repeated phone calls daily, the number got connected only for a day. T’after, there is no incoming nor outgoing calls from my cell. 2) Telemarkteer’s call from different numbers for “Loans, credit cards, insurance, property etc” and lots of Promotional messages from the same came on regular intervals.
