Iwas due to travel to Chennai on Jet Konnect flight no 2251 ETD 6:45 AM on 20-09-10. Even after checking in time, I could not travel in the mentioned flight. This has created both monetary and emotional loss to me. I had sent mail to Jet Airways which has received set reply from certain executive of Jet Airways. I request consumer court to take up suitably.

I booked an air ticket in the name of Mr. Praveen Sharma on 23rd Oct 2009, using the services of www.makemytrip.com, transaction ID- ID FLTINT10004797088, using credit card issued in my name i.e, Rahul Srivastava, credit card no. 554623**********, exp. dt 11/11and type : master card.
I requested for the cancellation of this ticket on 21st November 2009 and cancellation was confirmed to me.
I had booked 4 tickets for self and the family from Mumbai to Udaipur by IC 472 departing on 27th September 09 and from Udaipur to Mumbai by IC – 471 returning on 30th September 09 ( PNR ; RL78AM ). These tickets were booked on FF points taking advantage of 25% less redemption points for journey before 30th Sep 09.
