My query is regarding a poor former man (Mr. Mehrwan Singh Gusain, V. P. O. – Kafoli Dist. – Chamoli ) his age above then 81 year old, so he cannot work and get his monthly pension from the social welfare fund Rs. 200/ PM. but last two year. He did not getting it, Please help me
