My case has been going on with Disrict Forum Gurgaon for the past TWELVE YEARS. After the initial order by the Forum on 29.1.1998, there have been over seven orders from State and National Forum also but Huda has yet to make the payment of the penalty of Rs. 200 per day imposed on them by the District Forum (upheld by State and National Commission also).
