I have submitted a request to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company for transfer of my agency licence to another company, since I do not wish to work there anymore.
But since more than one year they have not helped me do so.
Recently, I tried to complain to the IRDA on the subject, but it seems that they too are not interested in helping me.
Please help me.
