I have brought a sony ericsson mobile T715 in around 9,000 Rs. in month of may 2010. After purchasing this phone it start giving problems and i had repaired it 3 times in 5-6 months. Today morning I got an SMS that I am being given a caller Tune and shall be debited Rs.15 (every month). SMS said that i had to send a SMS “CANCAL” to 12828 within 2 hours to cancel the Tune.
I tried but it did not work.
I even contacted customer service, who told me a way to cancel it, but it again doesnt work.
I get unwanted calls playing weird songs at any time of the day disrupting my work and concentration.
