1.Unlawfully witheld an amt of Rs 15162-/ from my total due amt of Rs 60645-/ for reasons whatsoever known to them only and remitted the balance amount of Rs 45483-/ after much hue and cry on 14.09.10 with a delay of 21 days.

Refund of Surrendered Policy Full Amt

Dear Sir ,
I had surrendered my policy no 445432420 on 21st Aug 2010 at Vashi Branch . I have received a statement from Max New York Life insurance showing policy value as on 22nd Aug 2010 as Rs 60645.20-/ ,I had been promised for the full payment in my Axis Bank Vashi branch Acc through ECS mode which till date I have not received. Regarding the samsung mobile Refund

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my handset No.Samsung SGH- F309 on 22-10-2009 with a complaint No. – 55020091059698 for repair at the Samsung service center located at Santacruz (west), Mumbai-400054, and Later on 29-10-1009 I got a reply that the handset is not repairable so that I will get refund the cost of the handset as per the Tax invoice within 15-20 days.
