Lack of customer service

Dear Sir/madam,

I am writing to you as my last resort and am hoping that you value your customers.

After 2 months of using Airtel no one had verified my address. In the meantime I changed addresses and just as I had done that Airtel decided to verify my address. Of course it could not be verified as I no longer lived at the address on the form when I connected with Airtel.
