I am getting irritation by the bsnl tunes as you are charging Rs.25 without my permission and i want to respond to this immediately. Please disconnet those tunes immediately. This is a matter of your irresponsible services. Please reply to my mail mentioned. I want immediate action to this since you are charging me every month since two months and i am facing this problem since two months.

I am a customer of BSNL mobile. I was connected to bsnl tunes unfortunately and every month i am charging Rs 25/- and without my permission you are cutting the amount from my balanced money. m harshit from aligarh i hve a bsnl no… from which there is dialled unwanted caals dialled automatically from my nooo…and balance is detucted automaticallyy i forward my complain to bsnl customer care but there is no action m very sad formbsnl side i dont know how i sort out my problem plzzzz give me responce
