Dear Sir,
I have a Walky-talky with an Airtel No- 9871964655, and now due to some problem its SIM gets blocked and, I go to your Luxmi Nagar Customer Care center and they are unable to provide me new SIM for that walky-talky, and without the SIm that Walky is no more in use.
So i request u plz provide me new SIM, else guide me how can I help my self.

I had booked 4 tickets for self and the family from Mumbai to Udaipur by IC 472 departing on 27th September 09 and from Udaipur to Mumbai by IC – 471 returning on 30th September 09 ( PNR ; RL78AM ). These tickets were booked on FF points taking advantage of 25% less redemption points for journey before 30th Sep 09.
