I am Air Tel user last four year prepaid customer but that time no problem but since last two months every day deduct some amount from my prepaid balance account I was surprise because I am not activate any plan. Today I talk to customer care and they said I am activating some online Tamil movies plan I don’t know this language then how I can activate the plan.

The airtel customer relationship centre staff is pathetically unhelpful directing me to either visit head office at begumpet or to dial 125 n contact customer care.
