I have paid the Airtel Bill of my no. 9900266017. Even though i have paid the bill, still they are calling me and harassing me to pay the same bill. They are adding rental amount and making calls. Please ask them to stop doing this and harassing me.

I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THAT ” FREINDZ CHAT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.30/- FROM MY ACCOUNT” ON 21.10.2009
THIS DEBIT WAS MADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND AUTHORISATION.
THE SAME WAS DONE LAST MONTH , WHICH I IGNORED BEING A SMALL AMOUNT.
BUT THIS PRACTICE OF AIRTEL IS CONTINUING.

I have registered for the DNC a long back in 2007. with the call registration number as F1001389141. However, I still get a lot of calls and numerous messages that I have even taken up with Airtel helpdesk. However, the response that I got is that since these are the the non-Airtel people who are doing this, we do not have any control over it.
I am an AirTel customer, residing in New Delhi. I was given a Postpaid Duplicate SIM card on 2nd Sept, with the assurance that I would be connected by evening of the same day. Now, 24 hrs later, the new SIM card has not been activated. The Mobile Number is 9871200516. It will be appreciated if the matter is looked into. Continue reading
