delay in gas cylinder delivery

sir, my customer no 11807, i am booked gas refill cylinder on 27 oct 2011 they delivery number as 6381. sir more than 2 month they haven.t delivered the cylinder to me. I frequently made the call to agency they haven’t taken no action. sir we are seriously suffering from the delay in service. So please take necessary action please.

Problem in delivery of gas cylinder.

I latika.i am very disappoint to write this that we have booked the gas on 22 feb 2010,but till date it has not yet arrived.
our both gas cylinder are over and we left with nothing ,beside after making several complaints there is no answere to our query.
Idont know where to go . the last option left is to go to consumer court and to file against the harresment …….
