lodged complaint on 29th april .BP NO.8414719672. so far the problem not rectified. numberoftimes i contacted call centre and expressed my plights.service engineer came once and informed that on part needs to replaced. no body responding properly. simply passing on time stating that they will get the thing done tomorrow, forthe last twenty days. i registered a complaint with samsung customer care on 22 nov 2009 at 180110011. i have called them about 20 times but no response from their side. i am facing a problem due to this…….kindly take suitable action against them
