Inspite of the registrations done at the NDNC/PDNC long back, the promotional messages (which are highly disturbing) are being published on regular basis on my & my family members’ BSNL mobile nos. 9415022703, 9415333776, 9415333778, 9415319343, 9415088430 and 9415281476. BSNL is continously sending messages on the above mobile nos. from numbers like 58888, 59595, 51616, etc, etc.

From last two days my BSNL no. is having some problem. There is two BSNL local nos (9467179338 & 9416988985) when i called these nos the message comes : check the no you have dialled & my call disconnected automatically. I O.P. Malviya am a B.S.N.L user since more than 5 years. I am very disappointing to say that B.S.N.L services in U.P East region i.e. service in Mirzapur Bina is really improper. Due to which I and many others users are facing a lot of inconvenience. We are forced to use other mobile services. Sir I request to kindly take any corrective action as soon as possible.

Despite activating DND more than a year back I continue to get promotional message from BSNL as well as various companies offering ringtones, jokes etc. Two latest SMS being from TA-Levis, a chakrata road, dehradun based showroom on 24/02/2010 at 16:06Hrs and other from BP-52906 on 25/02/2010 at 17:20 Hrs.
