My money is white and i am wasting for last 3 month.

I am frustrated calling Tata indicom customer care.

Same answer aaallll the time by tata “We are sorry.I am raising a ticket regarding your complaint.Our technical/field engineer will contact you within next 48 hour”.

I am using 384 kbps plan(Rs 1100).
Problems are are follows.

The WiMax connection from Tata Indicom does not work properly and their customer support is really bad. While they claim to attend to the problem within 24 hours, they are not able to fix the problem even after several days in my case. One needs to think twice before going in for this connection.i have complained twice, till now they have not given any responce. plz dont take this connection. Continue reading →
