I HAD REGISTERED WITH NDNC ON 27 / 08/2007.
Even after registering with them i kept getting promotional calls from airtel. earlier i was not aware of the regulations , hence i used to disconnect the calls.

Already am registered with DND for more than 5 months.
I still receive SMS daily. I reported to airtel, but they always reply that please tell me the sms details and thats it, nothing happens.
According to trai, as stated on website also, that it not legal to send any sms or call for marketing. Then how come am receiving SMS’s.
