had broadband connection when disconnected was slapped with an over charged bill which was not lustified

i had taken a broadband connection in the home plan rs250/- per month, when i saw that for 15 days in the year the connection was dead i disconnevted my connection and they slapped me with abill for 2000/- rs. i have written tyo consumer forum in belveder road and they have refused to receive my letter of complaint, what can i do to rectify this anomaly Continue reading
