I bought a desktop PC in November 2009.
At that time the dvd writer was working perfect.
but after one year it started malfunctioning.
firstly it did not read compressed dvds then it did not read moserbear dvds, but it read Sony dvds and motherboard dvds.
but now it is not reading a single dvd except the motherboard dvd.
I own a Asus-P5KPL- AMIN series motherboard.

I bought a Samsung washing machine in July, 2010 and was working fine for a week & then I left to Bahrain where I work.
I was assured of touch pad number part by the authorised service dealer Astvinayak, Goregaon within a few days. After Twenty days and two dozen calls to Astvinayak and Chennai Office of Samsung, I was told that I will be refunded an amount as per Company’s policy within ten days. I purchased SAMSUNG mobile set E250i on 26-07-09.The vendor assured me that the battery will give 48 hrs. Battery backup. But practically I’m not getting even 24 hrs. backup. I have to re-charge the set frequently.
The Samsung mobile model no E1416 was purchased on 14.08.2009 but it stopped working from 3.10.2009. We had taken the set to the Mobile Store , Garia and we were advised to take the set to Samsung service centre.
