I am facing lots of problem due to unwanted call and sms. Also forcefully giving me services whcih we dont require. please cancel all extra services which has been made by your fraudulent transmiossion method. Also I lost more that 100 Rs due to uninvited services. Pl revert back the charges (100 Rs) and make it DND and do not subscribe for any services and even dont ask me. Continue reading →

registered to DND, but getting all the promotional msgs

I am a Tata Indicom customer (+919279353222, Ranchi) . I registered myself for DND (Do not Disturb) service before 6 months. But I dont think that Tata Indicom is following the guidelines that TRAI has issued for unwanted calls and msgs for all the telecom service providers. I still get msgs (about 2 to 3 msgs) a day. And I have registered this complaint 2-3 times to Customer care executive. Continue reading →
