unfair deduction for CRBT service

On 10/01/2012 to my surprise I recd. a message which read as “YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO CRBT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AT RS.20 FOR A PERIOD OF 20 DAYS…..” On My mobile no. 9528733570. Though I never subscribed to any such service still upon checking the balance I found Rs.20 deducted from the balance. Which is an unfair trade practice. Continue reading →
