Not refunding the booking money against cancellation of trip.
I booked the hotel and car for trip to Kashmir from 03.10.2011 to 09.10.2011 but due to some unavoidable circumstances the trip had to cancel and I approached for refund of booking amount. They showed me various rules and agreed to refund Rs. 2000 odds against my booking money of Rs. 10,000/-. I approached them personally and through mail but all in vain. Continue reading
