I jayendran .v.nair , having mobile No 9867095551 with Airtel prepaid connection.I had gone on an official visit to calcutta from 1st Nov.2011 to 5th Nov 2011 . i recharged my mobile on 3rd Nov 2011 with Rs 100 ,but i got only talk time of Rs 01.00 only , the transaction No is 694604553

mobile balance missing

Aout Rs.52.00 is deducted from my main balance.from 6th feb to 8th feb’2010. Regarding this i have done several complain to their customer care.( complain no are -119172540, 119440210, 119532577,) did not get any satisfactory answer, due to incovinience i have loss my reputation among friend and also find difficulties to contact persons for my official purpouse.
