Not getting service

Approx on 10 th may my G550 lptop’s tft not working.
I called to customer care,at first he was not able to help me.
Next time they gave me almora service centre no. I contacted them,they also not helped me.
I again called customer care,got to know that my case id has been cancelled.
Latter i called them many times.
Didnt get any help and service so far.
Please help.
