I, have purchased 1(one) No. Micromax Mobile Hand set Model No.X410 from your above distributor. Unfortunately the was defective. Problem of the mobile is “INCOMING & OUTGOING CALL CANNECTED THEN SET HEAT” & “SCREEN & KEYPAD LIGHT IS ON WHEN CALL CONNECTED” causing battery loss & not able to long speech.
Frequent complaints on HTC Touch Screen Mobile Set , during warranty they have replaced the mother board ,and loaded software atleast 4 times , now they insist that the set is out of warranty, whent eh set was handed over to them and software loaded they claim that the screen is damaged.
