I am an AirTel customer, residing in New Delhi. I was given a Postpaid Duplicate SIM card on 2nd Sept, with the assurance that I would be connected by evening of the same day. Airtel mobile service is topped without any communication
This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Airtel has stopped my mobile service on Friday 7Aug 09. When asked to Customer Care, reason was “Document not submitted”.
I was a Aitrtel customer from Last 4 years. 9 Months before I have switched from prepaid to Postpaid service (my biggest mistake). That time also I had submitted the document again.

Pathetic Mobile Serivce- Airtel
This is to bring to your notice the kind of atrocious customer service provided by Airtel Mobile with regards to a complaint raised by me in Feb 2009.
The customer service representative at each of the Airtel galleries is utter disgrace.
