I have lost my sim card by mistake and that is used by other person. when i call him he cut after receiving my call.

I got my cell number 9891672236 registered for DND on 23rd May 2009 vide Ref. No. 77352174. Though most of the unnecessary call/SMS are not disturbing, yet there are some messages still coming to my phone. Details of some of them are given below:

i activated do not disturb service. I am also informed to idea cellular service centre. But till now no.of unnecessary mszs r comming. no action taken by that network. finally i send this msz to u. Telemarketer calls back; THREATENS
I have an active DND registry, and have been receiving calls from Telemarketers, most of which I politely refused. Today, when a telemarketer called me, I asked him his Employee ID at IDEA Cellular, at which he refused and disconnected.
I called up the IDEA cellular helpline, and registered a complaint vide no. 8955 3567
In our area idea is not having sufficient coverage.From 2007 ,am complaint.Till now the complaint is not solved.My idea number is 9947182540
