I am a public sector employee (syndicate bank) and eligible for 20% discount on my broadband rent. I have taken the b.b.connection in may 09, and opted for 750 unlimited plan. as per the offer I should have been charged only Rs.600 per month. but my bills show rs.675 in june, and 750 in july towards b/b.rent.
