i am a customer of airtel. I made a call to a number 0909766—- at 5: 43 pm on 28/11/2009 from my Airtel number 9650949092. Airtel duducted about 100 rs. from my account saying that you have made an I.S.D. call.
this is a number of Gaya (Bihar)
How this can be possible ?
It is a technical problem of Airtel and they are not returning my balance.

for my mobile number i have activated the hello tune on 1/09/2009 but till date they have not activated the hello tune and if i call them they are keep on asking for extending the time from 01/09/2009 till date. i have called them for more then four times and even at the last time when i called them i requested them to even deactivate the hello tune but they are not activating or deactivating.
