Dear sir, i was strugle with poor covrage of relience gsm mobile compny! My adress at.kantala ta.kodinar dist. Jungadh-362710 and my number 8000902008..
I am using airtel connection for the past 5 years.My native place is thodupuzha.
From the past 3 or 4 months the tower in thodupuzha is not working and we are not getting the signal properly.In one call the call is getting disconnected for 2 or 3 times because of very bad signal.
It seems like a wastage of money and time.I have called the customercare and informed but no response.

I am unable to call anyone, when i am trying to call its giving me a message service unavailable.
I am using samsung corby mate. This morning i receive a call from bsnl office about some configuration changes. they told me to do some changes in network services -> dial number that’s it. but i dont find network services area in my phone.

I had an airtel number 9860253563 and they have disconnected my number without any reason without any prior information. I have over 1400 rupees in that number and they are neither re-funding back my money nor starting my number again.
