I m a user of Airtel’s prepaid blackberry services, and i get monthly recharges of rs 399. This month too, i reactivated the service on 16/12, which worked for a week. However without any notification, my services have been stopped despite the fact that according to the express terms of the contract, the services must last for a month i,e 16/1/12.
