i purchased a top up for my airtel but when i scratched that
card and enter 14 digit no its shows invalid voucher the serial no of that top up was
1740907001976108.
can company people mail me and solve my problem.

I am using two airtel nos. 9970 786 205 and 9970 786 225
From the stray it shows balance in minus and after following back to CC they give the amount back.
But from last 2 weeks I have tried CC but unable to talk with CC executive…and called on the hotline …that CC said some pack is on from my mobile but I naver activated any pkg. but still I told to stop that one and she said yes.

Do Not Disturb Services
My Airtel no. is 9903076832 and I’ve activated Donot Disturb Service on 05/06/2009 (Reference no. S1011908955), but i got advertisement of my mobile. I’ve complaint several times to the customer care and even with the Airtel website, but it seens to be helpless.
My cell number bearing Airtel prepaid number 9901988725 got disconnected without prior notice. This number still had the balance of Rs. 160/ in it. i called up the customer Care service and the local airtel center, but they replied that this number’s registration had been cancelled and hence nothing could be done and they won’t be refunding my amount. My number is 9960966442. I strongly agree with the fact that Airtel is providing worst services to its customer. Mine is friend card. I’m facing a problem from 1 month but it hasn’t been resolved yet.
My number is added in a group whose owner’s number is 9960965800. Whenever, I call a member of the group, my 1 rupee has been cut instead of 10 paise.
